“Ghosts of the Forest” a 6-layer reduction print, where one block is carved away between each. color layer, creating a limited edition. Each print is numbered, titled, and signed on the front. Prints are shipped with a backing board and cellophane sleeve for protection.
This print is subtle in the different color layers, moving from a soft misty morning cream to increasingly darker browns. The blossoms are the only unprinted area, allowing the bright white of the paper to show through, just like how Dogwood blossoms glow bright white in the darker forest.
